About Your Order

  • What kind of products does Cosmic Crystals offer? Cosmic Crystals offers a unique selection of crystal-related products, including crystal carvings, crystal crowns, mini crystal trees, and much more.

  • What payment methods do you accept? We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Venmo, and Visa.



 

Shipping & Delivery

  • Where do orders ship from? All orders are meticulously packed and shipped from our studio in North Andover, Massachusetts.

  • How long does it take to process an order? We aim to process and ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) from the time your order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

  • What are your shipping rates? We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $7.00 for all orders within the continental United States.

  • Do you offer free shipping? Yes! We are delighted to offer free standard shipping on all orders totaling $100.00 or more (before taxes and after any discounts are applied).

  • Do you ship internationally? At this time, Cosmic Crystals only ships within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future!

  • How can I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

  • What if my package is delayed, lost, or stolen? Once your order has been shipped, Cosmic Crystals is not responsible for any delays, lost, or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. If you experience issues with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.



 

Returns & Damages

  • What is your return policy? At Cosmic Crystals, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges on any items purchased from our online shop. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing your purchase. This policy allows us to keep our operating costs low and avoid passing those expenses on to our customers, helping us maintain fair prices.

  • What if my order arrives damaged? Your satisfaction is important to us! If any part of your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@cosmiccrystals.net for assistance. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) in your email. Upon approval, we will issue a refund for the damaged item(s) back to your original form of payment.

Do You Have a Physical Store Location? 

Not at this time, but we hope to open a physical location in the future! In the meantime, you can visit us in person at any of our various pop ups at events throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. You can also find us in Salem, MA regularly throughout the month of October! See our Calendar here
