Cosmic Crystals does not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds of any kind on any items offered for sale in our online shop. However, we do accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit, or in the event that the incorrect item was shipped to you.
Why No Returns or Exchanges?
We want to keep our prices as fair as possible for you! Handling returns and exchanges adds to our operating costs, and we'd rather not pass those onto our customers. That's why we put a lot of effort into making sure our product listings are super clear and detailed, and that orders are packed correctly. We just ask that you double-check your order and make sure everything's exactly what you want before you complete your purchase.
Damaged Items
Your satisfaction is important to us! While we meticulously pack each order with care, we understand that mistakes can be made, and issues can sometimes occur during transit.
If any part of your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@cosmiccrystals.shop for assistance. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) in your email.
Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out within 1-2 business days. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund for the damaged item(s) back to your original form of payment within 10 business days.
