Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are meticulously packed and shipped from our crystal studio in North Andover, Massachusetts. We typically ship orders out on the same business day, but it may take up to 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) to process from the time your order is placed.

$5 Flate Rate Shipping: We are delighted to offer shipping for all orders at a flat rate of $5.00, and free standard shipping on all orders over $100! All orders will be sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS). 

Estimated Delivery Times: While we process orders as quickly as possible, delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier in order to get the best shipping rates and keep costs low. Standard Shipping typically arrives within 3-7 business days after shipment.

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

International Shipping: At this time, Cosmic Crystals only ships within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future. Please sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on any changes!
